The core advantages of interior gypsum wall panels cover multiple dimensions, including fire safety, sound and heat insulation, construction experience, environmental friendliness, and durability, making them a cost-effective choice for modern home and commercial interior partition walls.

Interior gypsum wall panels are lightweight wall materials made primarily of building gypsum. Their core advantages lie in their lightweight yet high strength, fire resistance, sound insulation, and ease of installation. Their main drawbacks are poor water resistance and weak impact resistance.

Excellent Fire Resistance: The core component of gypsum wall panels is dihydrate gypsum. At high temperatures, the internal water crystals gradually vaporize and absorb heat, slowing the temperature rise of the unexposed surface. Simultaneously, the generated vapor layer can block the spread of flames. Standard models have a fire resistance limit of over 1 hour, while high-grade products can meet 2-4 hours of fire resistance requirements, buying valuable time for evacuation and fire rescue.

Outstanding Sound and Heat Insulation: The panels have a uniformly distributed microporous structure. A standard 123mm thick gypsum wall panel system can achieve a sound insulation of up to 51 decibels, effectively blocking external noise. At the same time, the thermal conductivity is as low as 0.2-0.28 W/m·K, reducing indoor heat loss, lowering energy consumption for air conditioning and heating, and improving living comfort.
